If you would like to join us, we recommend reading through the following procedures and membership rules carefully before deciding to sign up.
You can find all membership rules and regulations here.
We use an external provider to process all membership registrations. It is a centralised platform used by most clubs for their sign-up process. No payment is required at this stage and we will contact you later.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As a member of WRC
The personal data provided upon registration for membership will be recorded by the club in the membership register in connection with all regular club activities. Members are required to notify the board of any change of address as soon as possible. The club is obliged to share address details within the club with authorised (board) members and to provide them to the NRB (rugby union) for registration purposes.
Members are required to pay their membership fees and, where applicable, their entry fee before 30 September of the relevant club year. The board will send a reminder to members who have not fulfilled their payment obligation by the stated date. If a member has not met their payment obligation within the set period, the member loses the right to make use of the rights associated with membership from that date until all financial obligations have been fulfilled. During this period the member remains obliged to fulfil all obligations arising from membership. If a member fails to meet their financial obligations to the club on time, the member will owe statutory interest and collection costs on the outstanding amount from the due date.
Cancellations must be submitted before 1 June prior to the new season by sending an email to wrcledenadm@outlook.com.
If you do not cancel in time, your membership will automatically be renewed for 1 season.
